Specialist fire detection: Linear beam detectors and reflective beam smoke detectors are used in large warehouses that would otherwise need many individual smoke detectors. Intrinsically safe equipment is used in explosive atmospheres due to its very low voltage rate. It is Atex rated in line with the European standard. We have used this in the past in pharmaceutical plants, paint stores and anywhere there is an explosive hazard. Our smoke hound system is used to detect smoke in ventilation and extractor systems. |
