The TS 4000 EFS overhead door closer is fitted with the "free swing" function. This enables people to go through the door by applying very little in the way of physical force in the opening or closing direction once the door has been opened once, i.e. in the morning. This makes it ideal, for example, for use in residential homes for the elderly or hospitals. The electro hydraulic hold-open device of between 80° and 180° ensures safe automatic closing of the door in the event of a fire.
